A Request for Proposals for the Solomon Run Low-Head Dam Removal Project was issued in early January. Proposals are due by February 24, 2012 by 3:00 pm. Please use link to view a copy of the RFP. All applications must include prevailing wage (as a requirement of the EPA 319 grant).
