Request for Qualifications for Fayetteville Dam Removal Project
Clermont Soil & Water is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to update a prequalification list as authorized by Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 153.65-153.73 for as-needed architectural and engineering services focused on stream and wetland restoration, including environmental assessments. Criteria Engineering (CE) services are needed in 2026 for a dam removal project on a tributary that drains directly to the East Fork Little Miami River (EFLMR) in Fayetteville, Ohio. Interested firms should review the RFQ and Fayetteville Dam Project summary. All questions pertaining to the RFQ must be submitted in an email to John McManus, District Administrator: jmcmanus@clermontcountyohio.gov. Statements of Qualifications are due by 4:00 PM EST on Friday, July 24, 2026.
The Fayetteville Dam Removal Project is a partnership between Brown SWCD, Clermont Soil & Water, and the Fayetteville-Perry Local School District. Clermont Soil & Water is serving as the project manager and all questions related to the project and the RFQ should be directed to our office.
